Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. However, if you are shopping outside the contiguous 48 states, shipping is not included with any of our promotions or packages.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling When you place an order, orders ship within 1 business day for UPS ground to delivery. The shipping rates are as follows: Shipping is FREE OF CHARGE for all Dorm 101 Ensembles (Packages). For all other orders, shipping rates are based on the following schedule:

$16.00 and Under: $3.00

$16.01 to $30.00: $5.00

$30.01 to $60.00: $7.00

$60.01 to $90.00: $9.00

$90.01 to $119.00: $12.00

Over $120.00 Free of Charge

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 1 business day .

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order

if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made in New York 8% state tax is charged.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. We strive to meet the expectations of our customers. However, should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your Dorm 101 purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund any purchase returned within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging, exclusive of delivery charges when accompanied by a sales receipt. We will bear the costs of the return delivery.
